We are looking a highly motivated and personable Senior Project Manager / Group Lead based in Winnipeg. As a Senior Project Manager / Group Lead, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our client’s challenges across Manitoba, Canada and worldwide. Bring your Project Management and technical expertise in the Transportation infrastructure space and we’ll provide you with exciting and challenging opportunities to help you grow professional career. The incumbent should be willing to work in a team environment, mentor junior staff, interact with clients and approval agencies, and assist senior project managers in their deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Serve as Project Manager for transportation projects.
- Lead technical teams in developing solutions to complex roadway design projects.
- Provide technical input into design.
- Provide quality oversight of technical delivery including QA/QC of deliverables
- Work with our operations and sales leadership team to maintain and build new business.
- Support the development through effective mentorship of junior and intermediate engineers.
- Other duties as required.
Education And Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
- Must currently hold a Professional Engineers License in Manitoba.
- 15+ years’ design experience working on Transportation Structures including bridges, structural culverts and retaining walls.
- Practical experiences developing and writing structural design and structure planning reports.
- Practical working knowledge of structural analysis software (such as CSiBridge or MIDAS Civil).
- Practical working knowledge of the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code CSA S6-19
