On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business and Systems Consultant for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.


Senior Business and Systems Consultant - Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Business and Systems Consultant to support its modernization initiatives, focusing on ERP and CRM integration. The Consultant will engage in system transition planning, technical documentation, and stakeholder engagement to align technical solutions with business objectives.


Senior Business and Systems Consultant - Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis activities to evaluate current and future states of programs
• Facilitate and actively participate in design reviews, architectural assessments, and issue management meetings
• Organize and lead stakeholder workshops, including preparing materials, agendas, and reports
• Maintain and update business architecture artifacts
• Provide change management support for the decommissioning of legacy systems
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Identify, document, and analyze business, stakeholder, and solution requirements
  
  
  

Senior Business and Systems Consultant - Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience in CRM and ERP integration
• Strong background in business process reengineering
• Expertise in system integration and data strategies
• Experience with public sector digital transformation
• Proficiency in stakeholder management
• Knowledge of government cloud security policies

Senior Business and Systems Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with the Government of Alberta’s 1GX system
• Skills in workflow optimization

12 months with potential extensions
