Equipment Operator II

Clean Harbors Edmonton AB is currently looking for Equipment Operators to join the team. This position is responsible for safely operating and maintaining heavy equipment on remediation projects.

• Operate a variety of equipment, including: Loader, excavators, skid-steers, backhoes and forklifts;
• Operate a variety of high-pressure tooling (manual and automated), including high pressure pumps, dump gun, speciality tooling for exchanger cleaning, 3D/2D, hydrolazer and hydrotesting equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment through preventative maintenance;
• Timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork.
• Class 5 driver's license is required;
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is an asset;
• Previous experience operating high pressure equipment required;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment;
• Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended periods of time;
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to complete a drug and alcohol test.
