We're looking for a Senior Recruiter. This role is crucial in attracting top talent across multiple lines of business, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process that aligns with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Identify and engage high-caliber candidates through various sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, networking events, and job boards. Build a robust pipeline for critical roles by understanding the talent landscape.
- Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements using behavioral and competency-based interview techniques.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, managing logistics to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Negotiating: Lead negotiation processes with selected candidates, discussing compensation packages and employment terms to secure top talent.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Hiring Leaders across different lines of business, understanding department-specific needs and recruitment challenges.
- Process and Technology Mastery: Master our internal processes and technology platforms to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partnership: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, the Compensation team, and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to align strategies and optimize hiring outcomes.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong background in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HR practices, including compliance with employment laws and regulations.
