• Design, develop, test and enhance software solutions through the delivery of scalable features or components in a larger project.
• Identify and resolve software defects and issues to ensure product robustness and reliability. Address root causes and classes of defects when making fixes.
• Deliver high quality tested software aligned with company guidelines, maintaining comprehensive documentation for software design, implementation, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Create software plans, develop schedules, and execute projects based on established timelines to ensure timely delivery, managing their own time to make appropriately paced progress without supervision.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align on goals, and resolve difficult technical issues through effective troubleshooting and innovative solutions.
