- Design, develop, test and enhance software solutions through the delivery of scalable features or components in a larger project.
- Identify and resolve software defects and issues to ensure product robustness and reliability. Address root causes and classes of defects when making fixes.
- Deliver high quality tested software aligned with company guidelines, maintaining comprehensive documentation for software design, implementation, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Create software plans, develop schedules, and execute projects based on established timelines to ensure timely delivery, managing their own time to make appropriately paced progress without supervision.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align on goals, and resolve difficult technical issues through effective troubleshooting and innovative solutions.
- Growth Expectation: acquire the skills necessary to consistently demonstrate an ability to generate the ideas required to solve difficult and ambiguous problems, taking ownership of the solution even when it involves activities beyond coding. Begin having impact beyond themselves.
