Pharmacist

Stokes Pharmacy is an independently owned pharmacy. The dispensary and clinically focused pharmacy emphasize friendly and personal care. We are looking for a Full time or Part time Pharmacist to join our team whose main duties will be to engage patients to conduct CACPs and SMMAs, counsel and follow-up with patients, prescribing as appropriate and administer injections.

The pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday 9-5:30pm. Closed weekends and holidays. We believe in work life balance and offer flexible schedule, 8 hours shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with ACP in good standing with no discipline history
• Previous community pharmacy experience an asset
• Authorization to Inject required and Additional Prescribing Authorization an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Kroll experience an asset
• Be willing to collaborate with other health care providers
