Job Description
LuminUltra is searching for a motivated and energetic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team starting in May. This opportunity is for a 16-week term, located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and will provide hands-on experience supporting a B2B marketing team within an innovative and growing organization. This position offers a wage range of $17-$19 an hour, depending on experience.
In this role, the intern will support a variety of initiatives, such as content creation, campaign execution, event support, and more. The ideal candidate will be a curious and adaptable team player who’s eager to dive into meaningful work, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to exciting, high-impact projects.
In this role, the Summer Marketing Intern have key responsibilities, such as:
- Content Planning & Coordination: Support development of content calendars and campaign timelines across web, social, and digital channels. Help us build out tools including AI to support longer-term content development.
- Content Development: Write and edit copy for sales assets, landing pages, blog posts, emails, and internal presentations.
- Asset Management: Help organize, update, and maintain marketing materials to ensure consistency and accessibility (note: not a design role).
- Tradeshow & Event Support: Assist with logistics, materials prep, and follow-up tasks related to events and tradeshows.
- Digital & Web Support: Assist with updates to digital channels, including website, LinkedIn, and email campaigns. Support basic Salesforce data tasks when needed (training provided).
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct light research to support campaign development and positioning efforts.
- Analytics & Reporting: Help track performance of digital and social campaigns and contribute to regular reporting.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelors degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using digital tools (experience with CMS platforms, LinkedIn, or Salesforce is a plus).
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn new tools.
- Interest in B2B marketing, technology, and innovation.
