Olympic RTMs Sask continues to grow, so we are adding a Project Coordinator to our team who will report to the Construction Manager of the division. The Project Coordinator will work along with our Project Management team to coordinate and supervise the day-to-day construction activities for our homes throughout the build process.

We provide stable year-round work, on the job training and consistent Monday to Friday weekday hours. During your workday we provide a heated/cooled office area including a desk and computer if required, along with a company cell phone. Our homes are built at our Regina/Pilot Butte facility.

Duties

  • Responsible for daily scheduling and activities of multiple projects.
  • Ensure Health & Safety regulations are practiced at all times.
  • Inspect trade work and complete inspections paperwork
  • Answer questions about construction details to sub-contractors
  • Maintain a positive relationship with all staff and sub trades using good communication skills
  • Conduct customer walk-thru during construction
  • Work with design and sales to confirm details and review construction drawings
  • Coordinate material shipments in conjunction with Construction Manager
  • Communicate with customers to determine what service needs to be done
  • Schedule service trades/techs to go to customer homes

Qualifications

  • 3 years or more of residential construction experience
  • Must be able to read architectural & structural drawings
  • Must have experience working with power tools
  • experience making modifications/repairs to homes would be an asset
  • Previous experience using project management software would be an asset
  • Previous experience with material estimating would be an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work directly with customers concerns
  • Able to work alone, as well with others in group settings
  • Proficient overall computer & technology experience
  • Effective communication and customer service excellence
  • Confident and professional leader
