We're looking for a Maintenance and Installation Manager for our Drummondville site. Do you have experience in personnel management? Are you familiar with preventive maintenance? If you have a good knowledge of manufacturing equipment in the printing sector and a good understanding of mechanical and electromechanical engineering, we have the ideal position for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize operations and own daily activities to ensure operations is running efficiently and within the company's standards (time, cost, etc.)
  • Provide mentorship, support and training to employees
  • Supervise the team and ensure that preventive maintenance programs are maintained
  • Ensure that all employees maintain the premises and work environment to meet plant safety objectives
  • Respect and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Participate in the preparation, analysis and distribution of performance indicator reports
  • Plan, develop and stimulate improvements in methods, products, equipment and any other applicable areas
  • Develop and ensure adherence to the annual maintenance budget
  • Responsible for building maintenance
  • All other related duties as required

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing/print environment, with previous experience managing teams
  • DEC in mechanical or industrial engineering (or other relevant training), with a Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering an asset
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment in the printing sector
  • Proficient knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical engineering
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
  • Must be Bilingual in English and French
  • Autonomy, judgment and excellent decision-making skills
  • Technical Skills : Autocad, Excel, Inventor 3D
