As our Camp Administrator, you are the welcoming voice and organizational hub for our camp programs. You’ll support camper families through registration and subsidy processes, help Outdoor Centre guests finalize bookings, and ensure our administrative and financial systems run smoothly. Your communication and coordination skills will play a vital role in supporting hundreds of children and youth on their camp journeys.


Requirements & Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

High comfort with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint) and database systems.

Experience or comfort learning accounting software.

Proven ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality in a dynamic environment.

A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for community building.

Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification (prior to the first day of work)


Transportation:

Please note that YMCA Camp Ki-Wa-Y is not on a public transit route. Employees must be able to arrange their own reliable transportation directly to YMCA Camp Ki-Wa-Y, depending on their schedule.
