- Vous aurez la responsabilité de gérer tous les aspects des Ventes dans votre région désignée
- Vous établirez, mettrez en œuvre et suivrez les plans de ventes du district, des stratégies, des cibles et des priorités et formulerez des recommandations d’objectifs de ventes pour votre district et votre équipe
- Vous serez chargé de générer des pistes de vente, d’analyser les rapports de ventes et de faire augmenter les ventes et les marges de profit
- Vous devrez gérer, diriger, et mentorer votre équipe vers la réussite en faisant appel à votre grande expérience de la vente et de la gestion
- Vous devrez gérer et analyser les rapports de ventes et animer les réunions de vente pour partager des connaissances et renseignements pertinents sur le marché
- Vous serez chargé d’accompagner, de former et de mentorer des spécialistes des ventes, des spécialistes principaux des ventes, et des directeurs de l’Expansion commerciale
- Éducation postsecondaire en gestion des affaires, en ventes ou dans un domaine connexe
- 5 et plus d’expérience concluante en ventes ou en leadership
- Permis de conduire valide
- Connaissance du domaine de la construction ou de la réfection de toitures, un atout
- Excellent entregent et aptitude à communiquer
- Solide capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à gérer des situations difficiles
- Connaissance approfondie de l’industrie des toits plats
- Autorisation de travailler au Canada
- Capacité à voyager

- Responsible for managing all aspects of Sales in your designated region
- Building, implementing, and monitoring District Sales Plans, strategies, targets, and priorities while recommending sales objectives for your District and Team
- Responsible for lead development, analysis of sales reports, and the growth of sales and margins
- Managing, leading, and mentoring your team to great successes utilizing your extensive Sales and Management experience
- Managing & analyzing sales reports; leading sales meetings to share knowledge & relevant market intelligence
- Coaching, training and mentoring Sales Specialists, Senior Sales Specialists and Business Development Managers
- Post-secondary education in Business Management, Sales, or related field
- 5+ years of successful Sales or Leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Deep knowledge of the flat roof industry
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to travel
