TFS currently has an exciting contract opportunity as a Customer Service Associate, Remarketing, reporting to the Manager of Remarketing. This role will reside in our Markham Head Office.
The successful candidate must be fluently bilingual in English and French.
What you will be doing:
- Manage Remarketing lists and follow up for the return of leased vehicles past their scheduled maturity date
- Collection of outstanding and/or excess charges (ie invoicing of additional charges for excess kilometers, excess wear and tear, missing equipment, payments, miscellaneous fees)
- Answer incoming calls, process paperwork, extension of lease contracts, Dealer Condition Reports etc.
- Resolve outstanding issues with dealers/customers at lease end (payouts, invoices, security deposit etc.), processing daily reports
- Preparing vehicles for auction for disposal in a timely manner
What you bring:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/French) is required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to connect with dealerships and customers
- Team oriented, flexible and proactive
- Prior inbound and outbound call center experience is an asset
