Inside Sales & Customer Care Representative, Lake of Bays Brewing Company
In this role, you will be responsible for soliciting our products to new and existing customers across Ontario and providing sales and customer service support to our awesome team of Territory Managers!
What YOU will be doing:
• Contacting LCBOs, Beer Stores and restaurants across Ontario to solicit orders
• Developing relationships with our customers and educating them on our products
• Increasing our brand distribution within the LCBO and restaurant channels
• Invoicing, data entry and other office-related duties
• Assisting customers over the phone with any problems or concerns that may arise
• Acting as a brand ambassador, sharing your passion and knowledge of our beer
• Communicating customer updates with the outside sales team
What YOU bring to the table:
• High school diploma or greater is required
• Smart Serve Certificate required
• Prud’homme level 1 or other beer certification would be an asset
• Strong multi-tasking skills with an attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage your time
• A strong customer focus with the ability to accommodate customers and build relationships over the phone
• Enthusiasm and a passion for craft beer (a big win for us, but not necessary!)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills – a commitment to building effective internal and external relationships is key!
• Results oriented, self-motivated, driven, and disciplined with a “can do” attitude
• Tech savvy and able to learn new software programs
• Readiness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team
Working Conditions:
• Full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)
• Extended periods of sitting
• Remote/Hybrid
