- Safely load and offload products and waste as required
- Conduct sampling and water testing as needed
- Collaborate with Field Technicians to ensure timely waste removal
- Properly segregate waste to maintain commodity quality and minimize costs
- Operate, monitor, and control process equipment (levels, temperatures, pressures, flows) safely and efficiently
- Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Perform general labor tasks (e.g., shoveling, site cleaning, loading/unloading)
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Mechanical aptitude: ability to understand or troubleshoot machinery is an asset
- Willingness to be trained on new equipment and processes
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and extended hours as needed
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
