- Hands on administration and installation experience with SAP Business Objects software such as SAP Business Intelligence (BI) and SAP Data Services,
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating BOBJ & Java systems
- Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way.
- Communication with customers on technical and operations topics, ability to handle escalated customer cases.
- Cloud and Customer Mindset and previous experience in Cloud Operations or Support organizations for private cloud or public cloud offerings.
- Very good English language skills
- 8+ years relevant IT experience
