Reporting to the Manager, Global Total Rewards, the Global HR Business Systems Analyst (HRIS), is engaged as the global subject matter expert leading the full range of HRIS (UKG) functions, configuration, maintenance, optimization, data analytics and communication platforms to ensure consistent employer branding with the HPS Culture Model.

Reporting to the Manager, Global Total Rewards, the Global HR Business Systems Analyst (HRIS), is engaged as the global subject matter expert leading the full range of HRIS (UKG) functions, configuration, maintenance, optimization, data analytics and communication platforms to ensure consistent employer branding with the HPS Culture Model.
Key Responsibilities Include
- HRIS (UKG) Configuration, Maintenance & Optimization
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s e-people system with a strong focus on configuration and administration to support business requirements (UKG)
- Manage HRIS testing, implementation and maintenance of new and modified system elements
- Manages HRIS integrations to other internal and 3rd-party systems
- Analyze, identify and propose changes to HRIS processes to improve the user experience and increase process efficiency
- Streamline processes in HRIS to increase efficiency within site and global operations
- Provide technical support as the subject matter expert for HRIS users
- Develops Job aids for HRIS processes
- Coordinate and standardize training for HRIS modules and processes to enable site specific training including module use, reporting, data interpretation and analysis
- Ensure all elements of HRIS are in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Implement and automate HR data analytics, including dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Solve business needs by providing the right analysis and tools to support the business in making data-driven decisions
- Design, generate and improve dashboards from specifications, to deliver an automated solution
- Analyze historical patterns in data, provide insights to trends and develop predictive tools for the business.
- Prepare ad-hoc data and reports as requested
- Maintain employee and system data to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Audit the HRIS system for data integrity to ensure the quality and accuracy of information
- Develop and maintain HRIS communication platforms globally to align with the HPS Culture Model including the home page, core, time and attendance, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, and learning platforms.
- Lead and support projects and initiatives for Guelph and global operations
- Participates as a member of the Social Committee keeping minutes and supporting initiatives
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, or a related field.
- CHRP or CHRL designation considered an asset.
- Experience configuring UKG an asset
- Minimum 2 years related work experience in HRIS Analytics
- Ability to lead initiatives from inception through to implementation
- Demonstrates a desire to proactively support internal customers to maximize the employee experience
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization through a collaborative approach
- A technical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to interpret and analyze information
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, in written and in-person facilitation
