Job Description:

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and create supporting materials such as agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes. Document workflows, business processes, requirements, and user stories. Contribute to solution architecture recommendations and support training through the development of guides, tools, and the delivery of training sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Document results of business and information technology requirement gathering sessions through Business Requirements, functional design specifications, user stories, as it relates to new or changing program needs

• Document recommendations to support a high-level Solution Architecture

• Document workflow processes, activity diagrams and standard operating procedures

• Document operational framework to support operational program delivery

• Design and develop materials required to support stakeholder engagement sessions (clinical and non-clinical stakeholders) to gather business requirements, confirm business processes, support / facilitate the delivery of solution training, where needed

• Design and develop materials required to support end-user / business testing (UAT)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a lead Senior Business Analyst role responsible for business requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience gathering clinical and non-clinical requirements to support systems development in the digital health / eHealth space within a Canadian jurisdiction

• Minimum of 10 years of IM/IT experience

• Minimum of 2 years as a Senior Business Analyst on projects delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform

• Must be available immediately to work onsite upon assignment of contract

Desirable Skills and Attributes

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a lead Senior Business Analyst in the eHealth / Digital Health space within a Canadian jurisdiction, with examples of work

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and facilitating sessions with diverse clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, resulting in clear business requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience documenting workflows for clinical (physicians, specialists, etc.) and non-clinical (support staff, patients, etc.) stakeholders to support standardization and workflow efficiencies

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience documenting business processes, gap analysis, and standard operating procedures

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training guides and tools, and supporting training delivery to end-users

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst on projects implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions

• Familiarity with data security, confidentiality, and client privacy, specifically as it relates to applicable health information protection legislation
