Summary
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all field and shop personnel for current and upcoming jobs, assisting with customer invoice preparation and processing as well as technician time sheet review and preparation for our centralized operations team.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide daily business support to our regional customer base (taking phone calls, responding to email, face to face interaction).
- Daily coordination and scheduling of service work (outside services, field technicians etc); assist with processing daily time sheets; assist with customer invoicing upon job completion.
- Open work orders and coordinate with the parts department to ensure job scope requirements are clear.
- Monitor and ensure work orders are invoiced in a timely manner.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of field and shop work; regularly communicate to Service Manager.
- Provide rotating on call support for customers and Enerflex.
- After hours coordination of backup technicians.
- Complete oil sample assessment and management on customer owned equipment.
- Lead, support and champion the Enerflex Health and Safety program.
- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to communicate and engage effectively with internal and external customers.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- High attention to detail; ability to maintain and submit accurate day to day information (time sheets, invoicing).
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, SAP would be considered an asset)
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to accommodate changing customer needs.
