What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Service Corodinator to join our team in Sherbrooke. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
• Coordinate and schedule HVAC service interventions, optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Dispatch service technicians based on priorities and skills.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of interventions, from appointment scheduling to invoicing.
• Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Document and track client interactions in our ERP system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of objectives.

Who We’re Looking For:

Required Skills:

• Proven customer service experience, ideally in a technical services industry.
• Knowledge of the HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) sector is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in computer tools, including CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
