What You’ll Do:
As a Business Analyst and Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying system requirements, and leading various IT projects. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of business processes, systems, and technological solutions at Groupe Nordik. Your contributions will support the ongoing optimization of our systems and projects, leading to improved service quality for both our internal teams and our customers.

What You’ll Do:
As a Business Analyst and Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying system requirements, and leading various IT projects. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of business processes, systems, and technological solutions at Groupe Nordik. Your contributions will support the ongoing optimization of our systems and projects, leading to improved service quality for both our internal teams and our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and system needs in collaboration with stakeholders;
- Clearly and thoroughly document functional and technical requirements;
- Facilitate discovery workshops to gather needs and define deliverables;
- Optimize business processes and workflows to improve efficiency;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by translating needs into actionable solutions;
- Contribute to project planning: defining requirements, milestones, and resources;
- Coordinate IT projects, including the implementation of new systems and features;
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are respected;
- Manage project risks and implement corrective actions as needed;
- Draft and maintain up-to-date project and process documentation;
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions;
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and assess their performance;
- Analyze existing systems and recommend upgrades or improvements;
- Participate in the design and implementation of new system features;
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and integrate them into projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Certifications (assets, but not mandatory);
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA);
- Project Management Professional (PMP);
- LEAN Six Sigma Certification;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis and project coordination, preferably in an IT-related environment;
- Proven experience managing IT projects from design to implementation;
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or ClickUp;
- Experience in business process analysis, systems design, and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Good understanding of ISO standards or similar methodologies;
- Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Visio) and the ability to create clear workflows and system diagrams.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to identify business needs and translate them into effective technological solutions;
- Project management skills: Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and manage expectations;
- Problem-solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively;
- Team spirit: Collaborative approach and ability to work well within cross-functional teams;
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
