What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate HR records, files, and databases (HRIS)
- Post job openings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
- Support benefits enrollment and answer employee questions
- Ensure HR processes
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries
- Contribute to process improvements across HR operations
- 1–3 years of HR Admin or Executive Assistance experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Based in the Toronto Metro area, with the ability to commute to the Markham office 3x/week
