Our GFL team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Manager, Change Management to join our team. Reporting to the Enterprise Change Management Team, the Manager of Enterprise Change Management will be the key lead on enterprise projects. This role is essential for assisting with the development and execution of change management strategies that drive successful adoption of strategic initiatives across the organization.
The Manager will oversee end-to-end change management strategic and tactical planning, ensuring that initiatives align with business objectives while fostering a culture of inclusivity and engagement.

A “Day in the Life" of a Manager, Change Management:
- Leadership & Representation: Work with Product and Business owners to understand business objectives and prioritize key areas of risk and plan for successful transition and launches
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans that align with the objectives of enterprise projects and cater to the unique needs of each initiative
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and senior leadership to drive change initiatives, gather feedback from end users to ensure we deliver a best-in-class employee experience
- Training & Support: Work closely with the Training team to build an effective training approach and plan ensuring end users are ready, able and capable of transition to changes
- Monitoring & Reporting: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of change management strategies and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Cultural Adaptation: Understand and respect the GLF culture and unique business mode to influence customized plans that respond to the workforce’s needs
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of change initiatives.
- Change Management Experience: experience with change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Change Management Certification is preferred (ACMP, Proci, CMS)
- Business Acumen: Strong operations acumen, ability to learn and understand operational processes and identify areas of potential improvement.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess change impact and effectiveness.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Communication Skills: Ability to create and deliver presentations and alignment meetings with large audiences and senior leadership
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on feedback and changing organizational needs.
- Relationship Skills: Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with enterprise partners for value added delivery
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, project management, operational management, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years leading complex initiatives as a change management lead.
