Your Tasks:

• Review bid documents and prepare quotations.
• Review and register customer orders and make necessary revisions to orders.
• Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders from both the customer side and Trench’s sales or project management teams to review customer orders, ensuring they are consistent and complete.
• Initiate sales and purchase orders to vendors according to customer requirements.
• Work with the factory and product/marketing teams to resolve configurations and technical changes.
• Guide the customer sales support process related to factory tours, product demonstrations, presentations, new product training, trade shows, field sales support and pricing.
• Solve assigned, non-routine tasks, to contribute to projects or assignments, or to support development of guidelines, methods, tools or business processes.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering degree with experience with High Voltage products or in the service industry with a strong market knowledge.
• 3-5 years of experience is required.
• Experience in Sales support and customers interactions.
• Fast and effective learning skills, open minded for innovative ideas, and are able to work within a team in a multi-cultural environment.
