Position Overview:
The Safety Administrator will be responsible for collecting, recording and maintaining safety documentation for the company, scheduling orientations and safety training as required and organizing meetings for the JOSHC team.

The Safety Administrator will be responsible for collecting, recording and maintaining safety documentation for the company, scheduling orientations and safety training as required and organizing meetings for the JOSHC team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and organize safety training programs.
- Schedule site specific safety orientations and arranging additional training as necessary.
- Maintain and update safety records and documentation.
- Review hazard assessments to ensure compliance with OHS standards.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Organize Health and Safety Meetings
- Organizing community lunch program and company events.
- 1+ year College Diploma. (Preferred)
- Experience working in a business administration and/or construction field (Preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-based environment as well as independently.
- Excellent typing, oral and written communication skills.
