The team at Dental Health Centre located in Dieppe, NB are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis.
The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:

Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting patients and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Answering telephone calls/emails and responding to patient inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Collecting payments and processing insurance claims
- Other assigned duties.

- approximately 35 hours per week
- Candidate must be fully bilingual (French and English) due to our business operations that involve interaction with diverse customers, including both French and English speakers.
- New graduates welcome, but experience as a Dental Receptionist is an asset
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
