Who are we looking for?

Our office in Waterloo is looking to bring onboard a motivated Internal Communications Advisor, to develop and deliver internal communications plans for GHD’s global strategic priorities, with a particular focus on managing GHD’s internal channels, platforms and digital tools, and using data analytics to optimize communications tactics and campaigns.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Engage with GHD Stakeholders and apply specialised technical knowledge of communications to develop and deliver internal communications plans that support GHD's global strategic priorities
• Lead internal and external Commnications programs and projects as requited
• Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on industry best practices
• Use MCAE to execute internal emails from GHD executives
• Regular review of Viva Engage to identify under-performing or outdated communities
• Ensure employee data is consistently and accurately uploaded into salesforce and Viva Engage to keep distribution lists and communities up to date
• Develop and maintain systems for monitoring, reporting and analysing data for all internal communications channels at GHD
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Highly organized and process driven
• High attention to detial
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of latest communication practices and trends
• Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications or business dicipline
• 7+ years experience
• Experience using email distribution tools and marketing platforms
• Experience using Salesforce or Sharepoint
