They deliver the goods. From our warehouse in Surrey BC, this team focuses on running an efficient, well-organized, safe place to work. They lift heavy objects, wield the box cutters, and get things where they need to go.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Western Distribution Centre (WDC) Coordinator. As the Western Distribution Centre (WDC) Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative support to the Distribution Centre (DC) including problem solving, communication, Distribution Centre staff liaison, creating delivery appointments and Receiving Department support.

You’ll work with an inclusive, hands-on, collaborative group that connects people with quality products to encourage active outdoor lives. You’ll always be learning, and there’s a good chance your co-workers will inspire you to try something new, like riding in a Fondo, bouldering or paddleboarding.

What You Do

  • Create Inbound Loads and check in drivers.
  • Create delivery appointments with carriers.
  • Post Purchase Orders (POs) and enter data into inventory software.
  • Complete discrepancy report data entry; investigating discrepancy reports and entering data as necessary. Following up with Merchandise Analysts.
  • Complete adjustments to inventory as necessary.
  • Perform Return to Vendor (RTV) administrative functions.
  • Liaise with staff and Supervisors to ensure standard operating procedures for receiving are being followed.
  • Follow up with Logistics department and Merchandise Analysts for additional receiving support documentation as needed.
  • Enter and update dimensional data for new products, including case/inner packs and cube/weight measurements.
  • Assist with annual physical inventory count process.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Supervisors and DC Manager.
  • Additional administrative functions that may be required.

What You Bring

  • A post-secondary education.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre.
  • A passion for being in a support role.
  • You always dot your i’s and cross your t’s.
  • You can handle many tasks at the same time and meet deadlines, while keeping cool.
  • Great communication skills – you listen first, then share knowledge. This goes for both speaking and writing.
  • You’re approachable, positive and enthusiastic.
  • A good team player attitude, even when things get a little crazy. But you’re just as comfortable working solo.
  • You’re flexible, adaptable – you love doing something new and different.
  • Savviness with Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • You’re tactful, diplomatic and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • You’re stoked on something: you love to build trails, log miles or do something outside every day.

The anticipated base salary range of this role is $41,800 to $52,300. The exact salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
