In this role, you will:
- Build relationships with business leaders and functional areas within your assigned portfolios to support skill development for our workforce and to immediate future business needs.
- Support our people’s development through existing and newly formed training, processes and initiatives as part of our roadmap to support our strategic initiative of creating an inclusive, resilient and skilled workforce.
- Support existing and new enhancements and implementation of technology and processes of various modules from goals, performance and succession within the Systems Applications and Products in processing (SAP) platform, with a strong emphasis to support existing tasks within critical cycles including year-end performance review, goal setting processes, and succession.
- Support and facilitate leadership and professional development programs offered in-house and external vendors.
- Support ongoing business requests to identify, analyze and provide timely and relevant learning solutions aligned with individual, leader, business or department learning and development plans.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Adult Education.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience within Human Resources with an active role in corporate training and learning and development.
- A strong understanding and ability to apply adult education, instructional design, learning and development theories, principles, and practices within various phases of program development.
- Good time management skills with a strong ability to stay highly organized
- Strong facilitation skills within live virtual and in-person course delivery.
- A natural ability to build and influence relationships across the organizations at all levels.
