Some of what you will do: This role is responsible for creating the strategy that drives incremental sales & profit growth within the P&M inside & outside salesforce programs. This role will establish goals & expectations with the sales teams and work to negotiate successful implementation & ongoing traction of sales development activities that impact program top line and bottom line performance. The Director is responsible for program and project accounts and a national account strategy. In addition, this role is responsible for creating and cultivating a sales culture within the sales teams that reflects our company philosophy. They will coach & model behaviors that drive results in all facets of the business that are well aligned to the Company & Divisional strategy.

- Creates the strategy for sales development within the salesforce programs by focusing the team on goals & expectations, developing a culture of accountability, ensuring BDM’s/AM’s know how to achieve the desired outcomes, and making achievement worthwhile.
- Develops and nurtures a new customer prospecting strategy that drives continuous high value leads into the program. This includes driving the retail store lead referral process by partnering with District Managers to educate and promote business development opportunities that surface in the business.
- Narrows what’s important and focuses team on building out new high value customer relationships and growing share of wallet growth within existing portfolio accounts.
- Provides leadership to managers and supports them and their teams in the development and implementation of P&M programs that support both prospect & existing client needs, including the creation of print services agreements and annual renewals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- Demonstrated senior sales abilities with proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using a database to access customer, sales and data relevant to team success.
- Experience creating and refining sales plans to drive market sales as well as individual sales for team members.
- Minimum of 10+ years of previously related sales experience is preferred in a B2B environment.
- Minimum of 5-7 years managing a team of sales professionals.
