What You’ll Do
- Manage communications, emails, phone calls, AOG requests, inquiries, and provide fast answers.
- Follow-up on leads from trade shows within 5 business days.
- Follow-up on leads obtained through personal contacts, provided lead lists, and interaction at trade shows.
- Follow-up with related departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Quickly adapt sales approach and presentations through observation and analysis of sales outlets, venues, and prospect needs and reactions.
- Proactively study existing and prospective partners to forecast sales opportunities.
- Present weekly reports to keep management up to date on results of all sales and lead-generation activities.
- Make recommendations to management as a result of market analysis and sales results.
- Offer uncompromising customer service by taking ownership of any customer concerns throughout the entire sales and after-sales processes.
- Track and maintain sales and performance statistics.
- Must have some relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
- This position requires passion, resourcefulness, attention to detail and the ability to work with little supervision.
- Minimum five years in high-volume sales of large-ticket items, investment vehicles, or real estate property.
- Very comfortable with cold-calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Enjoys helping people and is very customer oriented.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Some experience with contracts.
- Willingness to travel if need be.
- Bilingual French and English (required for blueprints and technical documents reading).
