About The Role

As ATB’s next Financing Specialist, you will work with clients and assist bankers to provide advice (including modelling, opportunity assessment, and deal structuring), and maintain and nurture client relationships through ongoing client portfolio maintenance and portfolio monitoring.

Accountabilities

• Serves as a credit expert and directly interfaces as an advisor to clients
• Assesses risk and profitability while coordinating across the Deal Team to anticipate and respond to client needs
• Works closely with Director in preparation of Term Sheets, Loan Advisories and Applications for Credit ("AFC")
• Provides day-to-day oversight and management of portfolio, and owns overall quality and credit risk; ensures funding, security registration, and business partner compliance for portfolio; conducts portfolio health monitoring/maintenance

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related discipline

• Financial Analysis and Expertise, Financial Advising and Consultation, Financial Statement Analysis & Forecasting, Private Company Valuation, Financial Planning & Analysis
