Procom is searching for a Senior Business Analyst - Applications for a 6 month contract This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office.


Senior Business Analyst - Applications - Job Description:

As part of an ongoing Technology Transformation, the Senior Business Analyst will be involved in revamping IT systems and processes, focusing on application support and development. This role involves executing the process for application development service quotes and budgetary estimates, ensuring seamless integration of new vendors, systems, and processes across the organization.


Senior Business Analyst - Applications - Responsibilities:

• Work within the process for generating application development service quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Perform daily analysis tasks, including tracking progress and updating records.
• Contribute to and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes related to application development service quotes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve process flow for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring progress meets timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including developers, clients, and management.
  
  
  

Senior Business Analyst - Applications - Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SDLC project delivery and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and provide insights.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools, including Microsoft SharePoint Lists.
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies.
