DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Workspace Platform Engineer (InTune/Infrastructure-as-code/Automation) responsible for designing, building, and managing the underlying infrastructure and tools that create a unified digital workspace for employees, allowing them to access applications, data, and collaboration tools seamlessly across different devices. Subject Matter Expert for InTune – MAM/MDM/End-Points. This position will utilize modern development frameworks and tooling to deliver a cloud-like experience, creating a "platform" for efficient work within a company's digital environment. To be successful, the following milestones will need to be achieved while working with the vendor to do the following:

• Product/Services Configuration, Testing, Implementation & Management, Supporting and maintaining the below-mentioned technologies
• Must have hands-on experience and strong product understanding of the below services and be able to support related products as needed
• Must have: Experience interfacing with API’s for processes and automation
• In-depth knowledge of creating and configuring MDM policies
• Expertise in PowerShell Scripting and Proficiency in other scripting languages (e.g., VBS, Batch Scripts, etc.) will be an additional advantage
• Experience with setting up MDM services
• Experience with Mobile Application Management (MAM) for unenrolled devices in Microsoft Intune
• Collaborate with InfoSec engineers to maintain a secure and stable infrastructure
• Cloud technologies, including Azure, Intune, Office 365, and SSO/SAML.
• Experience Android/IOS/MACOS/Windows Enrollment Profiles– Personally or Corporate- Owned.
• Experience with Intune APP Protection Policy and Enrollment Device Platform Restriction
• Enterprise Managed Configurations for Android/IOS and Windows Apps. Lifecycle Development - managed configurations of app restrictions via JSON or other tools. Microsoft Intune App SDK
• Experience managing configurations and applying them to devices
• Good to Have: Identity and Access Management Experience
• Assist in the build of a co-managed Windows 10/11 Lifecycle Management, including Autopilot, using Intune
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Stack. Participate in projects and initiatives as assigned
• Effectively design, configure, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot all aspects of Group Policy
• Keep abreast of industry trends in the client platform & modern workplace community
• Ability to document, plan, and implement infrastructure changes
• Create/maintain Job relevant Knowledge Base articles & Documentation
• Create and Deploy applications (LOB/Win32/Store Apps/etc.) using Intune, i.e., managing the application lifecycle
• Day to Day-to-day systems administration and participation in service now queues for your respective teams
• Undertaking other digital workplace accountabilities as assigned to support organizational goals
  

Education

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent

• Industry certifications in the following or proven work experience
• Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator (MD-102T00)
• Windows Active Directory AZ-500: Manage identity and access
• Endpoint configuration manager
• Powershell Scripting
• Infrastructure Automation -- Schedule tasks/Jobs
• Experience with configuration management (ie. puppet, ansible)
  

Experience

• Previous experience with InTune/Endpoint management services and solutions
• Microsoft Intune App SDK
• 5 years with Active Directory with Azure Active Directory
• 5 years of provisioning and supporting cloud services
• MECM/Intune, SCCM, BitLocker, Entra Join/Hybrid Join – Windows 11/10 Clients
• Microsoft security and XDR technologies, including ATP and Windows Defender.
• Design, Implement, and Optimize Intune Autopilot to deploy apps to new and reloaded systems for zero-touch deployments
