Our Access GP Department is looking for a dedicated Operations Support III to join the team.
Position Responsibilities
The role of Citizen Experience Representative is integral to our City's citizen experience and communications framework. In this dynamic position, you will utilize your advanced communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with various City departments. Your role is crucial in providing accurate and timely information to the residents and visitors of Grande Prairie about our services, programs, and events.
This role is designed to be both challenging and rewarding, requiring you to apply best practices in citizen experience and problem-solving to address inquiries effectively. You will need to harness your strategic thinking and creative flair to craft and deliver proactive messages in both verbal and written forms. Collaborating with our outstanding team of citizen-experienced professionals, you will be instrumental in enhancing our service delivery.

Qualifications
The standard workweek consists of an average of 35 hours, with the specific schedule being determined by the immediate supervisor.
Compensation
Salary ranges from $29.88 - $38.65 per hour as per the Out-of-Scope Agreement.

Qualifications
- Two years of post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, and/or Communications.
- Three years proven experience in a customer or citizen service role, preferably within a digital environment.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Experience managing confidential information and exercising diplomacy.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain working relationships in a team environment.
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
