Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics & eCommerce Specialist to oversee the flow of goods from our vendors to our store and directly to our customers. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound shipments, ensuring all required documentation is in place for customs clearance, and working closely with buyers, vendors, brokers, and 3PL providers.
In addition to inbound logistics, this role will lead eCommerce order fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are shipped efficiently and accurately, while also acting as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries related to online orders.
This is a cross-functional role that requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset, working at the intersection of logistics, buying, customer service, and operations.

Responsibilities
Inbound Logistics & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, buyers, customs brokers, and 3PL providers to ensure on-time delivery of products to the store.
- Track and manage incoming shipments, ensuring all customs, compliance, and shipping documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding delivery timelines, delays, or discrepancies.
- Resolve issues related to missing, damaged, or delayed shipments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of shipments, documents, and status updates.
- Ensure all commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, and other required documents are obtained and properly filed.
- Follow up with vendors and buyers to gather complete and accurate shipment documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for logistics-related questions from suppliers and internal teams.
- Oversee the daily fulfillment of eCommerce orders, coordinating with store operations.
- Ensure timely, accurate picking, packing, and shipping of all customer orders.
- Monitor performance KPIs such as order turnaround time, fulfillment accuracy, and delivery timelines.
- Respond to customer service inquiries related to online orders, including delivery questions, returns, order changes, and issues.
- Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (store, merchandising, marketing) to ensure customers receive consistent, helpful information.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or eCommerce operations.
- Solid understanding of international shipping documentation, customs clearance, and 3PL coordination.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and order management systems (e.g. SFCC, LS Retail, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first mindset with experience managing customer support inquiries.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications, and basic familiarity with inventory systems.
- Have experience working with luxury or beauty products.
- Have previously supported a DTC brand or omnichannel retail operation.
- Are bilingual in French and in English.
- Are self-care and wellness ambassador.
