The world relies on HPS to continually conceive and produce state-of-the-art transformer technology. We currently have an opening for a Supply Chain Data Coordinator - Contract, come grow with us!

Reporting to the Global Commodity Director, the Supply Chain Data Coordinator - Contract provides data mining support, assists in various supply chain tasks, and actively participates in the execution of product master and HCN management. The Product Data Coordinator role coordinates the front office flow and ensures the product master, HCN creation, and processing are efficient and accurate. Furthermore, the Product Data Coordinator creates reports for VMI programs as assigned.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Coordinates HCNs and Product Master Creation process between Engineering, Costing and Plant Procurement
  • Ensure product costs are entered into promptly ensuring the overall product cost is correct
  • Ensures front office flow is as efficient as possible by coordinating and ensuring other departments follow through with their task
  • Escalate urgent requirements with applicable personnel and provide estimated costs as necessary
  • Maintain data integrity, product descriptions, revision control/accuracy and overall consistency between all HPS locations.
  • Coordinates and completes VMI or Stocked Material reports to support plant material availability
  • Completes data mining to facilitate the creation of Supplier forecasts and ensure material is planned for site support
  • Maintains and ensures valid ISO/CWB certificates are on file for required commodities
  • Maintains and ensures ESG Certifications are on file for required commodities
  • Researches and locates data on ESG data from supply base as assigned

Do you qualify? We are seeking:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related an asset
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel)
  • ERP system knowledge preferred but not required


  • Willingness and ability to learn new software tools and systems
