ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $71,100 CAD - $106,700 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.

What You’ll Do:
- You'll be instrumental in driving our experimentation efforts, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, and implementing data-driven strategies. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze experiments. This role offers the flexibility to explore different areas of CRO, allowing you to develop your skills and contribute to our overall growth.
- In practice, that means you will design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate, and personalization experiments on web pages.
- Hypothesis Development: Develop data-driven hypotheses based on user behavior, market trends, and business objectives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track experiment results, and generate actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement and optimize experiments.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor website performance, user behavior, and campaign results to identify areas for improvement.
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing or CRO-related role.
- Experience running and analyzing tests on web pages, email campaigns, or paid media.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive and curious approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience setting up or developing experiments.
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with behavioural analytics platforms (e.g.,Microsoft clarity, Fullstory)
