(CAN) Electronic Department Manager

Position Summary... Provides leadership in a highly specialized product area of the Store. Coaches, trains and delegates to highly specialized associates.

What You'll Do...

• Standard CBWA to a key product area. Coaching, training, and delegating tasks.
• Review supply/fixture inventory
• Review CPP/FSS and plan for upcoming feature sets.
• Plan modulars four weeks out
• Review store clearance plans.
• Integrate store plans with OMNI planning and requirements.
• Promote – Charity events, Promote Walmart Mastercard, Promote Walmart Protection Plan, Promote OMNI extended aisle offering.
• Product Launches –in-store Product Launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary.
