Job Description
As a Service Repair Technician - Warehouse Assocaite you will ensure the service and repair department is properly equipped to perform daily requirements in an efficient manger. You will perform trial run of equipment to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications and is in ready use condition. You will expedite and follow up with customers relating to service/repair orders. You may travel to customer locations. When there is no service work to be done you will be performing standard warehouse tasks i.e. picking, packing, shipping, receiving etc.
Shift: Monday through Friday; 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Compensation Details: $19.59 - $23.51 Per Hour
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package. - Follow service and repair procedure log
- Enter rental and repair orders in distribution system
- Expedite orders and follow up with customers relating to service orders
- Conduct in-house or on-site DOP testing
- Conduct respiratory fit testing service either in-house or at customer’s site

- High school degree or equivalent required
- 1 year required, 2 years preferred of service and repair experience
- 1 year required, 2 years preferred of customer service experience
- Certificate or license in WHMIS, TDG or forklift operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail required
- Ability to calibrate precise measurements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
