Agilus is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant - Engineering & Technical in the staffing sector in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.

This hybrid role is based in Calgary. It is best suited for those that are driven to establish connections and build relationships with the highest caliber of engineering professionals. You are fearless to make recruitment calls and energized by the impact of helping to expand a candidate's career portfolio.

Accountabilities

• Build a talent pipeline: source candidates via outreach communications, networking, referrals and create compelling job postings.
• Own the candidate experience: conduct effective interviews, match candidates to suitable. opportunities, prepare candidate submissions, facilitate client interview preparation and conduct interview debriefs.
• Manage the order fulfilment process: ensure timely input of data in applicant tracking system, complete quality management activities such as reference checks and support candidate onboarding.
  
  

The Successful Candidate Brings

• Previous recruitment experience with engineering and technical roles.
• A natural ability to source top talent by engaging them through your curiosity, expertise, and ability to create better outcomes.
• A background in meeting activity requirements resulting in achieving high-performing outcomes.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences across different industry sectors and skill levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Familiarity working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.
  
  

Total Compensation

• Compensation model is base salary plus commission including contest bonus.
• 3 weeks’ vacation, wellness days and a community day.
