Agilus is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant - Engineering & Technical in the staffing sector in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.

Accountabilities
- Build a talent pipeline: source candidates via outreach communications, networking, referrals and create compelling job postings.
- Own the candidate experience: conduct effective interviews, match candidates to suitable. opportunities, prepare candidate submissions, facilitate client interview preparation and conduct interview debriefs.
- Manage the order fulfilment process: ensure timely input of data in applicant tracking system, complete quality management activities such as reference checks and support candidate onboarding.
- Previous recruitment experience with engineering and technical roles.
- A natural ability to source top talent by engaging them through your curiosity, expertise, and ability to create better outcomes.
- A background in meeting activity requirements resulting in achieving high-performing outcomes.
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences across different industry sectors and skill levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Familiarity working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.
- Compensation model is base salary plus commission including contest bonus.
