Summer Student

Edson provides an excellent learning environment for our students. You will be immersed in an environment that nurtures individualism, creative problem-solving and intellect. In this position you will be involved in supporting our various department including production, materials, engineering, and accounting. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will learn solid technical business practices from some of the best professional in our industry.

Job Requirements

• Update existing files, including health and safety documents.
• Perform data entry tasks within the ERP system.
• Assist with inventory activities, including stocking up parts.
• Provide support for housekeeping duties as required.
• Support special engineering projects focused on data analysis.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1st or 2nd year student enrolled in post-secondary education.
• Excellent verbal and written skills are essential.
• Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft office (excel, word)
• Experience with an ERP system an asset.
• Must be detailed oriented and follow through until projects are completed.
• Flexible in work functions and duties.
• Strong team player skills and positive attitude are required.
• Able to work the day shift for the summer (May-August).
