Site Superintendent

Description

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities.
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Establish and maintain high levels of safety on the job site.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers for efficient project execution.
• Oversee subcontractor activities and manage site personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit project reports to stakeholders.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, and other project partners.

Profile

A successful Site Superintendent should have:

• A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in the commercial construction industry, preferably with car dealership construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Procore and construction related technology
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to plan and see the "big picture".
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
