Make an impact with our Consulting team as a Consultant. In this dynamic role, you will support the broader consulting team with research, stakeholder engagement, project management and various consulting activities that drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities
- Support consulting engagements across all service lines and niches, with a primary focus on our Indigenous clients
- Support community engagement, business planning, strategic planning, operational planning, program review, and other forms of management consulting
- Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
- Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveys
- Summarize extensive data and information into clear, concise, and data-driven reports for clients
- Support the development of high-quality deliverables including proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations and other correspondence
- Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals
- Work collaboratively with the client engagement team
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, social sciences or other related field
- CMC, PMP, Lean or other related certifications are considered an asset
- Recent graduate or 1 to 2 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment
- Experience working with Indigenous communities or organizations is considered an asset
- Experience in project management is considered an asset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
