Senior Financial Analyst

The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their corporate finance team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial reporting and consolidation process, ensuring compliance with IFRS and promoting process improvements.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for complex, multi-entity consolidations, ensuring timely and accurate provision of data for corporate reporting
• Keep financial teams informed of changes in IFRS and maintain compliance
• Standardize reporting processes and templates to promote consistency and accuracy
• Review and approve subsidiary and affiliate financial submissions
• Drive process improvements and maintain effective internal controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support audits

What We Need From You:

• At least 4 years of experience in financial reporting, with a strong understanding of IFRS
• Experience using OneStream or other consolidation tools such as Hyperion is a strong asset
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• CPA designation
• Previous experience with public reporting, intercompany transactions, and consolidations
• Knowledge of foreign exchange calculations
• Training from a Big 4 or mid-sized accounting firm
• Familiarity with working with large, complex clients with multi-entities and multi-currency structures
