- Greet and welcome visitors in a positive and professional manner
- Coordinate Outlook calendars and prepare meeting rooms for in-office meetings
- Order and coordinate catering for in-office presentations and events
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
- Implement exceptional organizational skills
- Ensure kitchen/cafe area is kept tidy, well stocked and dishwasher is loaded/unloaded
- Manage facility requests, access cards, and overall office maintenance
- Responsible for reporting credit card expenses on a monthly basis
- Organize, scan and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide administrative support with invoicing, certificates and any other insurance requirements as requested
- Be a member of the Joint Health & Safety and Fire Safety Team
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
