- Someone with a comprehensive understanding of Canadian Licensing regulations and requirements?
- Customer centric and a team player?
A Day in the Life
- Complete Licensing projects – lease assignments and assumptions, name changes, sale lease back, amalgamations, provincial registration number creation, join ventures
- Ensure deliverables are completed to satisfy the monthly requirements within benchmarks
- Execute incoming Service Cloud requests, ensuring accurate, detailed, and on time responses
- Process billing for all Licensing related tasks
- Ensure all billing is received and processed prior to billing cutoff for month in question
- Service as Licensing Subject Matter Expert, assisting Commercial team as needed
- Serve as point of contact to communicate and resolve issues with other teams
- Assist team to complete daily tasks during seasonal highs and vacation periods
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Comprehensive understanding of Canadian Licensing regulations and requirements is an asset
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
- Fleet industry experience is an asset
- 2 – 3 years of customer service experience preferred
