Your Tasks:

  • Enter all inquiries into SAP and distribute them to the respective Tender Manager.
  • Maintain and monitor all open inquiries to guarantee that quotes are dispatched in a timely manner.
  • Support the departmental manager in reporting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Factory Sales.
  • Coordinate the collection and preparation of statistical reports, including quote volume, lost opportunities, and hit rates.
  • Collaborate with other Trench entities regarding the resale business and prepare the necessary bid request documentation (ICS).
  • Assist the Factory Sales team by preparing bid documentation, updating sales presentation slides, and creating preliminary schedules using SAP, Excel, Gantt charts, or other equivalent tools.


Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (final year students are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project).
  • Proficiency with SAP Database would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of tableau, Power BI and SQL is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and software tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and report generation using software tools.
