What You Will Experience In This Position
You will provide specialist support to the project management of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and HMS (Heat Management Systems) projects, covering all administrative, material procurement, and project aspects. This position has the flexibility to work in a hybrid schedule, combining remote and office work.

What You Will Experience In This Position
You will provide specialist support to the project management of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and HMS (Heat Management Systems) projects, covering all administrative, material procurement, and project aspects. This position has the flexibility to work in a hybrid schedule, combining remote and office work.
- Manage Vendor Managed Inventory systems at customer facilities, ensuring all common EHT material is available as required by maintenance personnel.
- Track work orders for material ordered and coordinating with project accounting for invoicing.
- Document and track materials ordered within the customer’s financial system, including detailed Bills of Material for each work order.
- Reorder materials weekly based on the customer’s business team withdrawals.
- Support change orders, including development, quantity tracking, collection, and document preparation.
- Analyze project data and producing progress reports.
- Assist with subcontractor management, including invoice approvals and documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution and scheduling.
- Analyze project progress and collaborate with the project manager to adjust scope, timelines, and costs.
- Support the development of change orders for project managers as required.
- Prepare requisitions for project teams.
- Prepare material documentation for customers, including EHT controllers, data specifications, and any necessary customer documents as per project specifications.
- Communicate with the supply and procurement team to prioritize, expedite, and ship materials within the project.
- Periodic travel to client sites in Fort McMurray.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid schedule, combining remote and on-site work.
- Diploma in Business, Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a project environment.
- Availability for occasional on-call remote support during weekends.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Adaptability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize tasks based on deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other databases is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn data retrieval and analysis.
- Ability to travel to customer sites 10-15% as needed.
