What We Offer

- Understand the plant’s safety culture and protocols
- Assist and lead in equipment troubleshooting, and root cause analyses
- Assist and lead continuous improvement projects
- Develop processes for data utilization
- Support the training team for document development
- Utilize data to share reports that reflect the departments KPIs
- Create and optimize reporting of key performance indicators for production
- Collaborate with all departments as required
- Work closely with production engineers and operations lead on process monitoring & process improvement initiatives
- Engineering students preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communicator
- Time management skills
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing setting is considered an asset
