As a Commercial Security Guard, there is a high focus scheduled Patrolling, Access control ,desk duties and exceptional customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in a Commercial environment

- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols with G-track devise to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
